Shipping Policy
At NeDesigz, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in pristine condition. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Domestic Shipping
- Order Dispatch:
- Orders are dispatched within 12 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Prepaid orders within Mumbai may qualify for 24-hour delivery under specific conditions (see below).
- Shipping Charges:
- Standard prepaid orders: Free of cost.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: ₹99 (inclusive of GST).
- Express Shipping:
- Expedited delivery within 24 or 48 hours is available upon request via air services or private couriers (e.g., DTDC). The cost for such services is charged on an actual basis to the customer.
- 24-Hour Delivery in Mumbai:
- Available for prepaid orders within serviceable pincodes.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Saturdays are dispatched on the following Monday.
- Delivery is subject to conditions such as weather and logistical constraints.
- Return Shipping:
- Buyers are responsible for bearing return shipping charges for orders within India.
International Shipping
- Shipping Charges:
- Charges vary based on product weight, size, and delivery destination. The cost is shared after customers provide their shopping cart details and complete address.
- Customs and Duties:
- Customs or import duties, if applicable, are borne by the customer.
- Order Conditions:
- International orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Tampered or Non-Delivery Issues:
- Customers must refuse delivery if the parcel appears tampered with.
- For intact parcels, video-record the unboxing process as evidence in case of missing or incorrect items.
- Report non-delivery issues within 48 hours of the delivery message. Proof of Delivery (POD) will be shared within 15 working days.
